Coaching

The Threshold

The life you built functions—and yet no longer fits.

There’s uncertainty in the air. You may be facing a relationship or career change. Or, the loss might feel less tangible: you’ve outgrown the places you once went to feel met.

You feel alone inside systems and relationships that can no longer hold all of you—the capable and the uncertain, the committed and the restless, the one who created this life and the one who is ready to move beyond it.

Something in you has gone dormant. You’re looking at your accomplishments and wondering why your days feel under-lived.

There’s a quiet wrestling inside:

How do I feel more alive in the shape of my everyday life?

How do I let more of myself come forward without unraveling what I’ve made?

Who am I becoming—and who can stand with me at this edge?

The Field

Coaching offers a steady relational field for this crossing.

A space where nothing in you has to be simplified—or edited—to belong. Where time slows down and you are met as you expand your capacity to take new form.

This is where you practice being at the participatory edge of your life.

I work with a small number of people at a time in three-month containers. We meet biweekly by phone for 50-60 minutes. The investment is $1500.
